At Boss Me Up Services, every project is customized to meet your unique business needs. Because no two businesses are the same, project delivery timelines may vary based on the simplicity or complexity of your requested services.

 Project Timeline

  • Simpler projects may be completed sooner (Flyers, logos, business card templates etc.) (Between 1-5 days, you will get them as we finish each material so you can market sooner)

  • More complex builds (advanced automations, CRM integrations, websites, funnels, or custom workflows) may require additional time to ensure quality and accuracy (We do the best we can to turn a project around within 1-2 weeks)

Our priority is delivering intentional, high-quality results—not rushing the process.

Once your intake form is reviewed and all required assets are received, you’ll receive a clearer timeline and next steps. We’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring transparency, communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

1. Payment Terms

  1. All services provided by Boss Me Up Services require full upfront payment before any work begins.

  2. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of project status, progress, or outcome.

  3. Work will not commence until payment is fully processed.

  4. Certain exceptions may be made but must be agreed upon and a payment agreement must be signed by all party including a guarantor and will require a credit card on file.

  5. The preferred payment method is via zelle, which is under 702.491.1114 (BOSS ME UP SERVICES LLC).

  6. If you choose to use Klarna, Afterpay or Sezzle, there is a 6% added charges from these companies and will be added in your invoice.

  7. If you are a CRM and/or a website client and your account is created under Boss Me Up Services Agency, there is a monthly subscription that will be sent to you. (Price Ranges from $49.99 and up depending on the features you opt-in. Emails, SMS, Ai's and other apps will be charged separately) Please text 775-699-8293 if you have additional questions.

2. Scope of Work

  1. The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to project initiation and documented in writing.

  2. Any additions or changes to the agreed scope will require a new quote and may incur additional fees.

  3. Pricing varies based on the simplicity or complexity of the requested project.

3. Project Timeline

  1. Depending on the nature of the project, the estimated completion timeframe is 2–8 weeks.

  2. This timeline may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and revisions.

  3. If the client has a firm or fixed deadline, it must be communicated before the project begins.

  4. Requests for expedited delivery may be accepted at the discretion of BMU Services and may require an urgent fee, which will be quoted and billed prior to acceleration of the work.

4. Client Responsibilities

  1. Client must provide all necessary materials (content, images, logos, access, instructions) in a timely manner.

  2. Delays in providing required information will result in a delay of the expected completion window.

  3. If a website is created under the agency's platform, there is a $49.99 monthly that will be incurred for minor support and web hosting.

5. Revisions

  1. Standard packages include up to 2 revisions as stated in the service description with a maximum work limit of up to 2 hours.

  2. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

6. No Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to BMU Services are strictly non-refundable.

  2. If the client decides to discontinue the project, the payment remains non-refundable.

7. Communication

  1. All communication regarding deadlines, revisions, or scope changes must be directed to Tess Rains.

  2. Response times may vary, but clients will be updated periodically throughout the project.

8. Acceptance

By signing below, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this document and acknowledges the no-refund policy, estimated timelines, and payment requirements.
